Vire Sabers do not use a Killswitch inside the recharge port, because they automatically have a deep sleep mode to save battery. However the Vire Sabers recharge port plug protects your RCP, as well as gives your saber a unique look!
These plugs were designed to be TOUGH. In my testing, I have not been able to break one yet. This description is subject to change if I get a report of one breaking, however.
